What a strange question. the only reason I can see to ask that particular question is if you are REALLY for the banks and are desperate to make protests look bad somehow.
I agree with Gregory — demonizing banks is dangerous. Let’s go after the men (mostly) who made them demonic! Occupy Wall Street! Occupy America again!

There was a time when Gregory wasn’t a sycophantic toady. He’s been bought by big brother and has become virtually worthless. What CEO are you fellating tomorrow tonight David?

Whatever partisan label is applied, the Sunday punditry is just opinionated predictions. The interviews are based on opinions without hard facts so we who are looking for information to make educated guesses are handicapped. Even data is misinterpreted by the interviewee and the interviewer doesn’t point out the flaws in the presumptions. Luke Russert is probably the perfect successor to his father’s throne. Until then the DVR has Chris Hayes and Rachel Maddow to record.
Well, it’s obvious to me and has been for some time that David Gregory as replacement of the late Tim Russert is just as much a “softball tossing” questioner as Russert was. For those who miss Russert, I can understand the sentimental loss. But for NBC, David Gregory as a replacement for Russert, whether it’s “Meet The Press” or other Republican grandstanders’ programs, proves that Gregory is there for the check and not rock the boat. When Russert first passed away, sadly, the talk of his replacement began about four seconds later. I’d be willing to bet cash money that Rachel Maddow, whose fearless, truth digging questions and ability to argue to get to the truth, wasn’t even considered for a nano-second. And with Emanuel calling Progressives “fuc*ing retards” while still in the Obama Administration only shows that this interview was nothing more than a butt kiss extravaganza.
FAIR is not truly unbiased, as it tends to support Democratic politicians and left leaning journalists. Rachel Maddow can hardly be said to be unbiased. She is as opinionated as they come. If Rachel was doing Meet The Press, she would be selling her point of view. It would be cool if there was a real journalist somewhere in America, but I cannot think of a single one. Basically, a good Meet The Press host would be able to expose the myths that are used to govern America, and to inform the audience enough for them to understand what is really happening, and why the unemployment rate is so high, and why wages have been declining for decades.
It’s the economy, stupid. That’s the slogan, but nobody out there lets the truth be told. The journalists support one side or the other, but it’s all spin. The plurality has had it with the media and the two party tyranny. The posts on this page illustrate the growing awareness that the whole system needs a major overhaul. The two parties need to be replaced. What we need is honesty and integrity. We will not solve our problems until we clean house. The government, the media, and the corporate system require major surgery. We need to lower unemployment, raise incomes, and solve our trade and financial deficits and debts. We need to take restorative action quite soon. We are on the decline, but we could rebound. Wake up, and take action.
Sorry, but this makes both these “men” appear to be morons.
OWS is probably not that interested in getting banks to hire people, themselves or anyone else. OWS is speaking out against the banks for their reckless greed and economic mismanagement.
