A rare story in the New York Times about an independent presidential candidate finds several hundred attendees at a Ralph Nader rally on Wall Street, which leads the Times to write:
In the $700 billion bailout plan for the financial system, Mr. Nader, now on his fourth presidential run, has finally found a real-life event to illustrate what he has made a cause of his career.
Yes, FINALLY there are “real-life” examples of the kinds of issues Nader has been talking about all these years– militarism, corporate crime, government fraud, Wall Street greed, public health….

The “Real life event”, the author speaks of is one that has been going on since the establishment of the corporate form of government in our culture. Ralph Nader is trying to change government to represent THE PEOPLE!
